PART 1

At approximately 0500 Pacific Daylight Time, your inaugural inventory shipment is scheduled to complete transfer into the Lunar Logistics Facility assigned to Earth Distribution Sector.

This milestone represents the successful conclusion of the Initial Supply Phase and authorizes progression into standard distributor operations.

As outlined during Lunar Orientation, the quantity presently arriving is intentionally disproportionate to anticipated regional demand.

The shipment currently entering Lunar inventory contains approximately one decade of projected Earth distributor allocation, calculated using normalized consumption models and adjusted for expected planetary participation.

This volume is not considered excessive.

Interstellar agricultural production, harvesting schedules, orbital transfer windows, customs processing, and relay logistics require inventory to exist well in advance of customer demand. Numerous cultivars represented within your shipment remained under cultivation while Earth civilization was occupied with unrelated administrative concerns.

Several lots were harvested only moments before arrival at their final logistics relay despite having departed their point of origin years earlier.

Please refrain from attempting to reconcile these statements.

The Logistics Division has already completed the appropriate paperwork.

PART 2

Beginning immediately, you are authorized to submit your First Operational Stock Request.

Distributors are reminded that inventory requests should be based upon anticipated need, not maximum quantity.

Additional inventory remains continuously available within Lunar reserve and should not influence ordering decisions.

The Galactic Bean Alliance has maintained uninterrupted distribution for longer than most civilizations have maintained calendars.

There is no practical advantage in accumulating unnecessary inventory.

There rarely is.

PART 3

Upon successful submission of your initial stock request, your selected inventory will depart Lunar Distribution according to established Earth Delivery Protocols.

0600 Pacific Daylight Time
September 1, 2026

You may designate any approved Earth destination authorized for civilian receipt.

Inventory will arrive packaged according to current terrestrial concealment regulations.

Please avoid attracting unnecessary attention during unloading procedures.

PART 4

Following confirmation from The Clipboard that your online storefront has achieved Operational Compliance Status, your Earth Distribution License will transition from Provisionary to Active Civilian Assignment.

At that time you will receive documentation regarding your continuing responsibilities as an authorized Galactic Bean Alliance Distributor.

Although coffee distribution remains your primary occupational function, distributors consistently demonstrate increased operational effectiveness when they maintain awareness of localized irregularities affecting their assigned regions.

Reports involving unusual observations, impossible environmental conditions, unexplained communications, temporal inconsistencies, anomalous wildlife behavior, unidentified aerial phenomena, or otherwise difficult-to-categorize events continue to provide valuable contextual information to multiple Alliance departments.

Participation from local civilian populations has historically improved both reporting frequency and observational quality.

Experience has shown that individuals are considerably more willing to discuss extraordinary experiences while sharing a quality beverage than during formal interviews.

This has proven true on an unexpectedly large number of worlds.
