Cara Loves Coffee - Activity Log 15

10.11.2026

The GBA asked me about the “local bubble around Earth” today.

I had no idea what they were talking about. An atmospheric bubble? Some kind of protective field? A new Earth anomaly I’d somehow missed? So, naturally, I went off to research the subject until I could explain it to them properly.

Turns out the Local Bubble isn’t a bubble around Earth at all. Our solar system is inside a much larger, low-density cavity in the space between stars. A fascinating distinction, apparently worth my producing what felt like a small research paper for the GBA archives.

I thought that would settle the matter.

Then they asked me about the Mariana Trench.

I am beginning to suspect the GBA has a list of increasingly obscure questions and is simply working its way down.

Ironically no updates on the package revisions or approval.

More coffee and further research are required.

Stay caffeinated Investigators!

End Log.
