GALACTIC BEAN ALLIANCE — PERSONNEL & OPERATIONS
Transmission: Earth Division Appointment
To: Cara Luhring
From: GBA Marketing Headquarters
Subject: Earth Division Appointment and Coffee Operations Update
Congratulations, Cara!
You are hereby appointed Director of Anomaly Operations, Earth Division and designated the Galactic Bean Alliance’s official Earth Phenomenon Contact.
Following review of current Earth market conditions, the GBA has determined that the coffee market is highly saturated. Although your packaging has been approved, coffee sales will remain on hold until sufficient demand is established.
This decision also accounts for a technical matter at the Lunar Facility: the coffee preservation units are currently sealed while their environmental-control systems undergo recalibration. Opening or disturbing the units during this process could interrupt the stable conditions protecting their contents. The units are secure, and GBA personnel recommend leaving them undisturbed until operations resume.
In the meantime, the GBA is expanding its Earth intelligence program. Investigators across the planet are invited to report local anomalies and share their best coffee-bean experiences. These submissions will help the Alliance document Earth phenomena and build a data set for GBA Marketing Headquarters to better understand the planet’s coffee competition.
To support this effort, the GBA will establish the Best Bean Contest. Participants will submit their own best-bean experiences through a form. No independent coffee research is required; the GBA needs firsthand reports from Earth’s investigators.
Your new assignment is to coordinate Earth’s anomaly reporting and help gather these valuable field submissions. The attached badge confirms your appointment and authorizes you to represent the GBA’s Earth Division.
Congratulations on this exciting new position. We look forward to your reports.
Stay Intergalactic,
Galactic Bean Alliance
